If your mobile number, password and email address are all correct and current, but for some reason you still can’t sign in to Fluttr, there are a few things you can try.
- Some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) come with a child safety lock on their broadband services, which can prevent age-restricted sites and apps, like dating, from functioning properly. If this is the case, you can contact your provider to remove the lock.
- Failure to sign in may also be related to a poor Wi-Fi signal strength. Try switching off Wi-Fi and see if you can instead sign in using your phone’s cellular data instead.
- Visit the app store (Apple for iOS devices; Google Play Store for Android) and ensure that you’re running the latest version of Fluttr.
- Ensure your phone’s operating system is up to date and compatible with Fluttr – our app requires a minimum of Android version 8.0 for Android devices.
